| Analysis: | |||||
| As shown in Table 1, the conductors used in ordinary cables are the same as those in PV cables. | |||||
| From Table 1, the insulation and sheath materials of ordinary cables differ from those of PV cables. | |||||
| Ordinary cables are only suitable for installation in general environments. | |||||
| Advantages of PV cables: High temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, acid-alkali-salt resistance, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and environmental friendliness. PV power cables are mainly used in harsh climatic conditions with a service life of over 25 years. | |||||
| PV Applications: | |||||
| The halogen-free PV1-F cable for solar photovoltaic power generation equipment is designed based on the special environmental conditions of photovoltaic installations. It is mainly suitable for DC voltage terminals, outgoing connections of power generation equipment, and busbar connections between modules. It is applicable to photovoltaic power generation systems with a maximum DC voltage of 1.8kV, and can be used in deserts with large day-night temperature differences, coastal areas with salt spray and humidity, and plateau areas with strong radiation. | |||||
